First look at SEC women's basketball tournament bracket, schedule
The bracket for the 2026 SEC women’s basketball tournament is set.
All 16 teams in the conference will compete for the SEC crown, with play getting underway on Wednesday, March 4, at Bon Secours Wellness Arena in downtown Greenville, South Carolina.
Dawn Staley’s South Carolina Gamecocks are the No. 1 seed and have won the SEC tournament three seasons in a row. Sophomore guard Mikayla Blakes leads second-seeded Vanderbilt. Madison Booker and Texas landed the No. 3 seed, while Flau’Jae Johnson, Kim Mulkey and the LSU Tigers are fourth. Each of the top four seeds secured double-byes, so they won’t have to play until Friday’s quarterfinals.

The 2026 SEC women's basketball tournament begins Wednesday, March 4, and runs through Sunday, March 8, at Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina.
The first game — No. 16 Arkansas vs. No. 9 Kentucky — begins at 11 a.m. ET on Wednesday to begin the first round. The second round also begins at 11 a.m. ET on Thursday, play on Friday starts at 12 p.m. ET, the first of Saturday’s semifinal games is at 4:30 p.m. ET and Sunday’s championship tips off at 3 p.m. ET.
What channel is the SEC women's basketball tournament on?
First and second round games will air live on the SEC Network.

The first two quarterfinal games on Friday — the first featuring South Carolina and the second with LSU — will air on ESPN, while the next two quarterfinals will be on the SEC Network.
Saturday’s semifinals will air on ESPN2 and Sunday’s title game will be on ESPN.
