Jamie Lee Curtis seems to know something that the creators of *The Bear *don't — or is at least willing to share what they won't.
After a vague, mid-February social media post got fans speculating if Curtis had accidentally spilled the beans that the upcoming fifth season of the culinary dramedy would be its last, the Emmy winner seems to be doubling down on her comments.
"Everybody's confirmed the show is ending!" Curtis told *Access Hollywood *on the red carpet at the premiere of her new Prime Video series *Scarpetta*. "I don't understand why that's such a, unless I'm going to get a call from all the people saying, 'You just told.'"
"I think everybody understood that it was the last season of the show," Curtis continued, humorously adding that "if it isn't then I've completely blown it."
* *has reached out to representatives for *The Bear *for comment.

In that Feb. 17 Instagram post, Curtis celebrated either wrapping her last scene on the show as the fiery Donna Berzatto, the fifth season coming to an end, or the show itself officially wrapping production.
"FINISHED STRONG! Surrounded by an extraordinary crew and group of writers and producers and scene partners on the show that Chris Storer created, completing the story of this extraordinary family that we have all fallen in love with," she wrote over a sweet photo Abby Elliott, who plays her daughter Natalie, smiling with Curtis' loving arms wrapped around her.
"Got to finish it out with my baby Berzatto bear," Curtis wrote.

Jeremy Allen White and Ayo Edebiri on 'The Bear'.
Despite Curtis' insistence that "everybody" involved with the series who could credibly make the call to wrap it up has already done so, in fact, they have not.
Series creator and co-showrunner Chris Storer said nothing about the show's chances of returning for a fifth season before it was officially announced in July. Protagonist Carmy Berzatto (Jeremy Allen White) did make the shocking decision to leave the titular restaurant at the end of season 4, pointing to major shifts for the season ahead. But neither Storer, nor White, nor co-showrunner Joanna Calo have commented on the larger fate of the FX hit.
Hulu has not yet announced a premiere date for *The Bear *season 5.
