Romy and Michele are reuniting again — and 30 years later, they have new men in their lives.

Lisa Kudrow and Mira Sorvino appeared at D23 on Friday to announce details about the upcoming sequel to 1997’s *Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion*. While taking the stage as their characters, they shared that they still own a boutique in Beverly Hills and that maybe it’s time to find true love.

The plot, ** has learned, centers around the BFFs attending the wedding of one of their former classmates, making them realize about themselves: “Wait, did we forget to fall in love?”

While Sandy Frink (Alan Cumming) is still in the picture, it’s seemingly platonic between him and Michelle (Kudrow), who has moved on to a character played by Keegan -Michael Key. As for Romy (Sorvino), she’s struck up a romance with a character played by Rob Huebel.

Romy and Michele’s professional lives are thriving, too: They’re still running the fabulous Los Angeles fashion boutique they opened back in 1997, with money loaned to them by Sandy. Thirty years later, they’ve paid off the debt.

And “time after time,” they still love to dance. Kudrow and Sorvino say there’s a “more joyful” companion piece to the Cyndi Lauper sequence they performed at their high school reunion.

While fashion has changed since 1997, Romy and Michele will still look the cutest. Costume designer Mona May has returned for the sequel, ensuring their style will be a modern take on the vintage trends that have now come back around three decades later.

Along with Kudrow, Sorvino, and Cumming, other original *High School Reunion* cast members returning are Janeane Garofalo (Heather Mooney), Camryn Manheim (Toby Walters), and Julia Campbell (Christie Masters).

In addition to Key and Huebel, new faces joining the sequel include Wendi McLendon-Covey, Patrick Warburton, and Breckin Meyer.

*Romy and Michele 2* is currently filming.
