Hulu's Paradise explores a post-apocalyptic society and all of its facets — including family.

The hit TV show returned to the streaming platform for season 2 on Feb. 23. Season 1 followed the lives of the 25,000 people hand-selected to live in a bunker in Colorado after an apocalyptic event on Earth, including Xavier Collins (Sterling K. Brown), the lead special agent of President Cal Bradford’s (James Marsden) Secret Service detail, and his two children, Presley and James.

However, at the end of season 1, Xavier discovers that his wife, Dr. Teri Rogers-Collins (Enuka Okuma), may actually be alive outside of the bunker. Season 2 sees the return of the show’s main characters, including Xavier, Sinatra (Julianne Nicholson), Cal, Gabriela (Sarah Shahi) and Jane (Nicole Brydon Bloom). The new season will also bring a couple of new additions in recurring roles, including Shailene Woodley (playing Annie) and Thomas Doherty (playing Link).

Off-screen, Brown has been married to his wife, Ryan Michelle Bathé, since 2006. Similarly, many of the other stars are in long-term relationships: Nicholson has been married to her husband, Jonathan Cake, since 2004, while Bloom tied the knot with Justin Theroux in 2025.

Here’s everything to know about the real-life loves of the Paradise cast.

Ahead of the couple’s 20th anniversary, Brown shared the secret to marriage during a January 2025 episode of his podcast That Was Us.
