The Sussexes returned to Britain on August 26 after six years in California. However, their children have already changed schools over security concerns, while the couple awaits a decision on their UK security arrangements.

Notably, it is the UK Royal and VIP Executive Committee responsible for approving security arrangements for royals and high-profile individuals. As per The Daily Express, Harry and Meghan abruptly withdrew their children from their UK-based school and enrolled them in another school.

Recently, as per the BBC, an international photographer was spotted seemingly trying to capture photos of Archie and Lilibet at their school premises. Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams weighed in on the ongoing security issue and revealed that the Sussexes are unpredictable and that anything is possible in their case. Fitzwilliams revealed to Reach PLC: “They’re not planning things well, their arrangements are a mess. They could return to the US because anything is possible with them.” Adding, “The school had to be changed. They are significant figures, anything could happen. These are the things you need to plan for.”
Fitzwilliams also discussed the different reasons Harry and Meghan may have moved back to the UK. He cited Harry’s plans for the 30th anniversary of Princess Diana’s death, the Invictus Games in Birmingham next year, and the couple’s decision to give their children a British education. The royal commentator believes that eventually there will be “some compromise” on the security matter. What remains to be seen is whether it will be enough for Harry and Meghan.
