Prince Harry has finally had a chance to meet with King Charles. The meeting is reportedly expected to play a crucial role in reconciling the differences with the Royal Family, according to Radar. After meeting King Charles for the first time in about a year, he shared a rare update on his father’s health.
According to Page Six, an insider claimed to have overheard a conversation between Harry and a guest about the King’s current health. Meanwhile, Charles is reportedly preparing for Prince William’s eventual succession.
Prince Harry Reportedly Confirmed King Charles is ‘Doing Great’
According to exclusive reports from Page Six, a source told the outlet that they had eavesdropped on Prince Harry’s conversation with guests at the gala. They claimed that he reportedly said that King Charles III is “doing great.”
The source added that Harry said that Meghan Markle, his wife, and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, are “happy” to be back home after their brief trip to the U.K. The insider claimed that Harry gleefully told a guest, “The kids are growing like weeds.”
The Duke of Sussex’s comments come after Buckingham Palace announced in 2024 that King Charles had a “hospital procedure for benign prostate enlargement.” But a separate issue was noted, which revealed that subsequent diagnostic tests had identified a form of cancer.
Interestingly, the statement did not disclose the type of cancer that King Charles was suffering from. “His Majesty has today commenced a schedule of regular treatments, during which time he has been advised by doctors to postpone public-facing duties,” the statement continued. “Throughout this period, His Majesty will continue to undertake State business and official paperwork as usual.”
The King was “grateful” to his medical team for their swift intervention and remained positive about his treatment. They added that he was looking forward to returning to his duties soon. The statement noted, “His Majesty has chosen to share his diagnosis to prevent speculation and in the hope it may assist public understanding for all those around the world who are affected by cancer.”

Report Claims King Charles Has Set Prince William’s Coronation Date
In a separate report from Golden Age Royals, King Charles entered the private council chamber, placing a sealed crimson folder before Prince William. The report claimed that the contents of the folder confirmed the date of the Prince of Wales’ coronation. Catherine, Princess of Wales, who was also present at the private meeting, was reportedly left speechless.
Those present reportedly realized that it was not a simple coronation announcement but the “beginning of a royal farewell.” The report mentioned that King Charles had summoned William, Catherine, Queen Camilla, Princess Anne, and advisers to Buckingham Palace without prior explanation, leaving without explaining the purpose of the meeting.
The report mentioned, “No one knew whether the meeting concerned security, illness, or succession. That uncertainty mattered because the private council chamber was reserved for decisions too sensitive for public debate.” If the reported date is accurate, then Prince William will be crowned king on November 14, 2026.
The ceremony will take place at Westminster Abbey, the church where British sovereigns are formally crowned. When William reportedly asked, “Why now?” The King looked down instead of answering. The insider said, “That silence cut deeper than any explanation.”
The fear seeped into William and Catherine as they realized that such a precise date is not chosen casually. They realized that their whole world would change, even dragging their children towards royal duties that they were too young to understand.
