The Los Angeles Rams revamped their secondary this offseason by bringing in Trent McDuffie and Jaylen Watson to be their top two cornerbacks. Both players have lived up to the hype, but a third key playmaker has emerged at corner for Los Angeles.

Josh Wallace, who has been forced to step up because of injuries to Kam Kinchens and Watson, is playing some exceptional football. He's played in the slot and outside, showing the type of versatility that has made McDuffie great throughout his career.

Pro Football Focus put into perspective just how well McDuffie and Wallace are playing right now, sharing that they rank first and second in passer rating allowed among all NFL cornerbacks.

It's not just McDuffie and Wallace who are dominating in coverage, either. Watson has been outstanding, too. He's allowed the eighth-lowest passer rating (60.8) among all cornerbacks who have played at least 184 snaps.

So the Rams have three cornerbacks in the top 10 of that category, which is quite impressive.

It's a big reason the Rams have allowed the second-fewest passing yards and the fifth-lowest passer rating this season. That's a major improvement after allowing the 14th-most yards through the air last season with a shaky secondary.
